Deep Fried Dragon Fruit Flowers
I only recently heard about this recently but could not find many guides for frying like zucchini flowers. You can pickle or stir fry them, theres several videos and pages dedicated to that.

Pick the flowers once its drooping and the dragon fruit bud has started to develop.
I soaked and cleaned the flowers. Some I cut open and removed the stamen, others I cut open, and others I just left alone.
I beat some eggs in one dish and put flour, panko, and salt into another.
Dredge, fry, and put on cooling rack. Sprinkle finishing salt, maybe a squeeze of calamansi or lemon.
Tastes like a blooming onion so a ground mustard/honey/mayo dipping sauce or creamy chipotle would be good.
