Sauteed Prawns

I found a new vietnamese/filipino grocery on Dillingham and bought this box of prawns.

Marlene trimmed the legs/antenna, split and cleaned them, I sautéed them in butter/garlic and a splash of white wine.

Sprinkled finishing salt and green onions.
