Crab Rangoons

INGREDIENTS

4 oz softened cream cheese

4 oz crab meat (imitation or real)

1 or 2 finely sliced green onions

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp worchestershire

(optional, but i added some SPG, fried garlic chips, and maagi sauce)

18 wonton wrappers

PREPARATION:

Preheat oil in pan

Combine all ingredients (except won ton wrappers)

Place filling into center and wet edges of won ton and fold as you like. I prefer just to fold it in half, my daughter likes to fold the corners.

Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
