1 dragon fruit (pitaya)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream

PROCESS

Puree dragon fruit, combine ingredients in ice cream maker.

Upon tasting, it still tasted plain to me so I added some red food coloring and lychee extract.
