Fried Milk

I had something like this in China back in the 80's while visiting and never saw it here or in the states. If you have milk close to expiring, this is a way to use it up.

1.5 cups milk

1/3 cup corn starch

4 tablespoons sugar

On medium/high setting, combine and stir until thickened.

in a greased or lined pan, pour thickend milk and refrigerate for several hours

Cut into sushi sized pieces (2.5" x 1") or however you want. Freezing it for a few minutes might help the next part.

Dip each cube into corn starch, egg, and panko and deep fry for about 2-5 minutes or until golden brown. You can also air fry this.

Optional: condensed milk dipping sauce, powdered sugar, or dust with cinnamon/sugar
